Bayfair Centre Management is committed to investing in the communities in which it operates and working to build a shared future. A healthy environment is fundamental to this future. Bayfair Centre Management, as a leading shopping centre management team, aligns itself with AMP Capital Shopping Centres commitment to the environment. We believe that environmental management is integral to effective shopping centre management. Bayfair Centre Management integrates environmental compliance and enhancements into our normal day to day management processes. Bayfair Management takes an active approach to managing the environmental impact of our property. We aim to continually improve our direct environmental impacts, as a tenant and as a property manager, by:

Reducing our usage of energy, water, paper and other materials; including environmental considerations in our purchasing decisions and product design;

Reducing and disposing of waste responsibly and recycling more materials more efficiently;

Taking environmental concerns into account in designing new or refurbished buildings;

Continuously supporting and challenging our suppliers and business partners to manage their impact on the environment.

We aim to implement this policy through:

Setting environmental priorities and targets through benchmarking programmes;
Development and monitoring environmental management plans to meet these targets.

Bayfair Centre Management assists with and promotes the environmental education of our employees, contractors, stakeholder businesses, community and works with local government, industry and environmental organisations towards improving our environmental practices.
