Tell us a bit about your cafe?
Muffin Break is awesome- we are a bake in house cafe so all goods are made on site. This means our products are fresher and we can create value through not having to have a middle man. We also have full control of our products and we can employ more staff to bake and create these goods.
What is your position and how big is your team?
Professional milk fluffing extraordinaire 😂

We employ 8 full time staff and 3 underwater porcelain hygiene technicians (dishwash crew aka part time staff)

Decaf 1/4 strength 1/2 almond 1/2 coconut caramel latte
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Fish, dive & mountain bike (and spend time with my family!)

Qualified chef by trade
What is the most popular item on the menu at the moment?
All the basics- cheese scones, blueberry muffins, bacon & egg pies, flat whites
How do you like your coffee?
Flat white in the morning, long black at lunchtime

How do you come up with a new menu item?
We look for items that create value for our customers- Muffin Break NZ has an extensive menu so we choose recipes from this based on what we believe our customers are looking for and want.
How often does your menu change?
We change our muffins and cabinet items daily.
