Bayfair Customer Dog Parking
Bayfair Customer Dog Parking is available in the courtyard between Westpac and the undercover carpark building. Perfect solution to keep your beloved dogs out of cars in the heat as well as for those dog owners who like to walk their dogs to Bayfair. Access Dogs can also use this space as a rest area.
The area has shade, water and toys to keep our four legged friends entertained. We suggest you bring a lockable collar with you should you wish to keep your pooch extra safe.

Lost and Found
All lost and found items are handled by our Customer Service Team. If you think you have lost or left something behind at Bayfair, please contact the Customer Service Team who may be able to unite you with your lost property.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Electric Vehicle charging is available on the lower level of the Car Parking building off Girven Road. There are four dedicated parking spots of those wishing to charge and shop. The electric vehicle charging stations have two charging speeds, fast and rapid.
Bayfair Shopping Centre has two fast electric vehicle charging stations which are free for public use.
Chargenet and Powerco have installed one user-pays rapid charger with an online charge system.
Bayfair Shopping Centre offers a Parent's Room which can be accessed from a corridor located next to McDonalds. This is equipped with private feeding rooms, a play area, TV, changing station, children's toilet and microwave. The alternative toilet block at Bayfair, which is down the corridor located next to Farmers you will find a private changing station.
Enjoy Bayfair Free WiFi in the Foodcourt and playground (The Bayfair Beach). Search “Bayfair FREE WiFi’ on your device.

Mobility Scooter Charging
Bayfair Shopping Centre offers its customers free mobility scooter charging.
There are two mobility scooter charging stations which can be found near the entry from the under cover car park building next to Pumpkin Patch. You can plug in your scooter and pick up one of our free mobility shopping scooters from our Customer Service Desk. If you have any difficulty reaching the Customer Service Desk please contact them on (07) 575 9349 and they can arrange one to be brought right to you.
Simply plug in your scooter and hit the green button to charge.
