Customer Service Team

You will find our Customer Service Team near Kathmandu. They can assist with enquiries, giftcards, accessibility equipment, lost and found and more!

Wheelchairs and Mobility Equipment

We have wheelchairs, electric scooters, walkers and a caroline shopping trolley for customers to use, all for no charge while visiting the centre. Visit our Customer Service Desk to collect.

Parents Rooms

We have two parents rooms with feeding, changing and play areas. You will find one next to Amazon Surf and the other near the Food Court.

Kids Play

We have two play areas for the kids. You will find our 'Under the Sea' play area inside the centre next to Kmart. There is another outdoor play area next to Farm Street Larder.

Customer Dog Parking

Visiting with your furry friends is easy. Tie them up in our parks, complete with shade, water and toys. You'll find them at our Farm Street entrance, close to Farmers or in the Courtyard next to UBX.

EV Charging Stations

You can charge your vehicle for free while you visit using Type 1 or Type 2 charging stations. ChargeNet Stations are also available.

Bike Repair Stations

We have two Bike Repair Stations. One is in the courtyard next to the parking building and another next to the outdoor kids play area next to Farm Street Larder.

We have two free mobility scooter charging stations near the entry from the under cover parking building.

Minuteman and Mister Minit replace watch batteries. You will find them near the parking building and near Countdown.

Who can help with clothing alterations?

Looksmart - Your Stylist Tailor specialise in giving you the perfect fit. You can find the team between Countdown and Stirling Sports.

Where can I get a Covid or Flu vaccination?

Chemist Warehouse and Life Pharmacy both offer vaccinations. Chemist Warehouse is outside the centre next to Caltex and you will find Life Pharmacy near Farmers.

Where can I exchange money or send money overseas?

No1 Currency are near Stirling Sports and offer currency exchange, business payments and international money transfers through Western Union.
