They are available in six tasty varieties: Spinach & Fetta; Mushroom; Parmesan & Pesto; Sweet Chilli & Corn; Sundried Tomato; Parmesan & Olives; Mushroom, Shallots, Pineapple and Satay Vegetable. The gluten free savory muffins are high in fibre, containing over 10% of your daily fibre needs in each muffin. They are also full of the goodness of vegetables like spinach, sun dried tomato, mushrooms, eggplant, carrot and capsicum. In fact, each muffin contains around half a serve of vegetables to help you meet your daily needs.
