Our quiet room provides a peaceful retreat for visitors who may need a break from the sights, sounds and activity of the centre. Whether you have sensory sensitivities, are feeling overwhelmed, or simply need a quiet moment to reset, our Customer Service team can help you access this space during your visit and provide you with a personalised access card.

Not all disabilities are visible, and we're committed to creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Bayfair proudly supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower programme, helping our team recognise when a customer may benefit from additional patience, understanding or assistance during their visit.

Getting around with ease

We want every visitor to enjoy Bayfair comfortably and confidently. A range of complimentary mobility equipment is available from our Customer Service Desk, including wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers and a Caroline trolley. We have two free mobility scooter charging stations near the entry from the under cover parking building.

Convenient access from the moment you arrive

Dedicated mobility parking spaces are located close to centre entrances, making it easier to access Bayfair. An accessible pick-up and drop-off zone is also available for larger vehicles and customers requiring additional assistance on the farm Street side of the Centre, near Farm Street Larder.

Facilities designed for comfort and convenience

Bayfair offers a range of facilities to help make your visit easier, including accessible bathrooms, parent rooms, automatic entrances and wide walkways suitable for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams. Bayfair is well-lit and spacious, with 1200mm-wide accessible routes and automatic wheelchair-friendly entrances.

Assistance animals welcome

Certified guide dogs and assistance dogs from approved organisations are welcome throughout Bayfair. Our team is happy to provide support where needed to help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
