With nearly 2,000 free parking spaces, including undercover parking, mobility parking, parent parking, EV charging stations and dedicated campervan spaces, you'll find convenient options close to all major entrances.
Our parking areas are secure, well-lit and actively managed, helping make every visit as easy and stress-free as possible.
Parking is available for customers for up to four hours, and if you need to stay a little longer, simply pop in and see our friendly Customer Service team near Seed Heritage.
Parking options at Bayfair
Stay protected from the weather with undercover parking located off Girven Road. With convenient access to major retailers and centre entrances, it's a great option for rainy days, family visits or larger shopping trips.
Visiting with little ones? Dedicated parent parking bays are available throughout the centre, providing easier access for families with prams and young children. Many spaces are located close to entrances, making your visit as convenient as possible.
Exploring the Bay of Plenty by campervan? Dedicated campervan parking spaces are available in the Farm Street parking area, making Bayfair a convenient stop while you're on the road.
Charge your vehicle while you shop with ChargeNet EV charging stations located on the Farm Street side of the centre, near the entrance to the parking building. Most EVs can charge from 20% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes.
Convenient accessible pick-up and drop-off zones are available in the Farm Street parking area near Farm Street Larder, making it easier for larger vehicles and customers requiring additional assistance.
Dedicated mobility parking spaces are available near all major entrances for vehicles displaying a valid mobility permit, helping visitors enjoy easy and convenient access to Bayfair.
Find the best place to park
Park on Level 3 of the undercover parking building for direct access to the first floor of Farmers.
The Maunganui Road and Farm Street parking areas provide the quickest access. If the weather isn't great, the undercover parking building offers a sheltered option for unloading your shopping.
Kmart is centrally located within Bayfair, making it easy to reach from any parking area. For weather protection, choose the undercover parking building off Girven Road.
The parking area off Maunganui Road, closest to our Dine at Bayfair alfresco dining precinct, provides the quickest and most convenient access to United Cinemas and JB Hi-Fi.
